you may hate drawing hands or legs and always try to hide them but in fact drawing that part of body give your character a great view,Anyway I think drawing hands or legs are harder than other parts in character body ,So I'm gonna give you some tips  that can help you :-

1.Always Focus in  Manga Characters  focus in hands and legs and think like "How the hell did the Mangaka draw this hand" that will help you a lot to get some ideas .

2.Try to draw what you got from focusing that will help to improve your skills and become better and better.

3.Get a Hand Model This is very important  and very helpful a lot of Mangaka use it , - there is another model for body I think they call it (Manga Manikin) -.
